Howell families may be eligible to receive money for select food items through a Summer-EBT card this year. This is similar to the Pandemic-EBT card. Although the Pandemic-EBT program has officially ended, the United States Department of Agriculture has approved Michigan to have a permanent Summer-EBT program. Please note: benefits for Summer EBT are only given to families that meet qualifying income guidelines.
