Splash and Deep Water Aerobics

Splash and deep water aerobics are back!

We are now offering splash aerobics, deep water aerobics, open swim, and lap swim session packs! To purchase a pack, please click the "sign-up" button after selecting this link: here.
Once the pack has purchased, you can use the same link (here) and log into your account. Once logging into your account, under the booking tab, you will find "book a session". From there you will be able to book a session for the pack you have purchased.


Splash Aerobics: Monday and Friday 8:00-8:45am. 
Held in the shallow, the instructor will lead a full body workout using a variety of equipment such as, water dumbbells, noodles, kickboards and of course, yourself. The class is a mix of balance, strength, core and cardio. A great workout for all fitness levels.

Deep Water Aerobics: Tuesday & Thursday 6:15 p.m. - 7 p.m. and Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. 
Held in the deep water, the instructor will lead a full body workout using flotation belts, water dumbbells and noodles. The class is a mix of toning, strength and cardio. A great workout for all fitness levels.
