Dear Families,

The new school year is upon us.  It’s a truly special time.  From the excitement of a new teacher, to interesting learning opportunities, to the joy of meeting new friends, these formative experiences shape and prepare your child for the future.  In addition, transitioning to new experiences can also be unsettling.

Recognizing the range of emotions, the Howell Team is here to support your child.  Our highly skilled staff understands the importance of creating safe and healthy learning environments that ensure all students’ voices are heard and understood; environments that place the social, emotional, and academic needs of each child first.  Through a common student-centered framework, we will empower your child to be a successful learner.

Personally, I am incredibly humbled to have the opportunity to lead and serve this great district of ours.  I am also honored to partner with a community that shares my passion for public education.  

As I begin my tenure in the District, I look forward to connecting with you.  Please consider participating in one of the Listen and Learn: One Howell events that I have planned.  The intent is to connect with the Howell community to develop a District-wide strategic plan for continued excellence.
