From late elementary and middle school forward, Howell Schools prepare you for career success, no matter what your interests may be. You’ll learn the basics in STEM classes—science, technology, engineering, and math. Graduates with STEM skills work in high-demand fields and high-paying jobs in information technology, cybersecurity, engineering, health and life sciences, accounting, statistics, and many others.

Into sports? We field 80+ sports teams.

Into tech? We’re wired — a technology leader among Livingston County schools, with 1,300 computer stations and 733 spots. Our nine Robotics teams in elementary, middle, and high school blow away the competition.

Thinking of a career in the construction trades, military service, as a firefighter or pilot? You don’t have to wait for graduation to get started. In the past few years, 100% of the students in our Construction Trades program graduate with a job waiting for them. That's an incredible number.
Our Firefighter Academy prepares you for the state certification exam. Our flight school in partnership with Crosswinds Aviation gives you on-ground and in-air instruction. And our Air Force Junior ROTC wins major competitions.

Planning on a career in medicine, health, or as an EMT? You’ll get a solid background in our EMT and Health Occupations programs.

Bound for college? Howell High has 14 advanced placement courses that let you earn college credit while you’re still in high school. Our financial aid counselors can help you apply for many sources of financial aid.
