Important Information Regarding Parent PowerSchool Access

Please read the information below regarding the new Single Sign On (SSO) portal for PowerSchool. If you have already created your new SSO username and password please use the link below to continue to the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

The PowerSchool parent portal is a system used by parents to access their students' information such as grades and attendance. The new single sign on (SSO) portal replaces the old system and allows parents to use a single username and password to access all of their children's information. Each parent/guardian will setup a unique username and password linked to their children.

Parents are required to create a SSO portal account by following these or the attached directions.

  • Obtain an Access ID & Password for each of your children. This is the account that you used in the previous system to access the parent portal. This access ID ends in "-1" and must be entered in UPPERCASE. You will need the access ID and password for each of your children. If you do not have this information please contact your child's school.

  • Go to http://pschool.howellschools.com

  • Click on the button "Create Account"

  • Enter your [parent/guardian] information

    • Name

    • Email Address

    • Desired username

    • Password

  • Enter the student information (Repeat for each child)

    • Name

    • Access ID (UPPER CASE)

    • Access Password

    • Relationship

  • Logon to the portal by using your newly created account.
